Internal Sales (for France) (m/f/x)

What you do:

  • In-house sales of custom-built products and accessories
  • Supporting and advising our existing national and international client base
  • Processing customer enquiries and developing bespoke, customer-focused solutions
  • Independently managing customer projects from enquiry through to order fulfilment
  • Supporting our field sales team with customer support and quotation preparation
  • Active communication with customers, suppliers and internal specialist departments
  • Monitoring the market and competition
  • Attending trade fairs and events
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term customer loyalty through customer-focused services and cost-effective and technical solutions
  • Contributing to the further development of our sales activities and our customer base

What you bring with you:

  • A strong ability to build rapport, combined with a confident, assured and business-savvy manner
  • A strong focus on customers and service
  • Very good command of German and a good to very good command of French, both spoken and written
  • Good command of English, both spoken and written
  • Commercial and technical acumen
  • A structured, independent and reliable approach to work
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • An interest in technical products and solutions that require explanation
  • Proficiency in MS Office and, ideally, experience with ERP/CRM systems
